Returns
SkriptPC accepts returns for refund or exchange within 10 days from the date of purchase or receipt. For any return, the returned item must be in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, labels, invoice, etc. A 15% return fee may be charged for any opened item, and the product will then be sold at a discount. No returns are accepted for computers, software, special orders (products not in stock in-store or warehouse), or as otherwise specified. SkriptPC reserves the right to conduct a thorough inspection of a return within two business days before issuing a refund. Depending on the payment method, a refund may be processed through Interac transfer within 24 hours. SkriptPC reserves the right to refuse any return if the returned product is in poor condition or if the product has been registered with the manufacturer.

Defective Products
Within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt, SkriptPC will exchange defective products upon presentation of the invoice if the product is still in inventory. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, labels, etc. Depending on the item, SkriptPC reserves the right to retain the product for verification before the exchange. No in-store exchange will be made for special orders (products not in stock in-store at the time of purchase), clearance or final sale items. However, SkriptPC can facilitate the exchange process with the manufacturer. No exchange will be made for a product in poor condition or physically damaged. If you paid for shipping to receive your product, SkriptPC will cover shipping costs in both directions for the first 30 days.

After 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt, all products are covered by manufacturer warranties. If you are uncomfortable dealing directly with the manufacturer, SkriptPC can assist with the warranty process on presentation of the invoice. Only shipping fees for processing your return will be charged. No return to the manufacturer will be made for a product in poor condition.

For all computers, after 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the computer for in-store repair. If you paid for shipping to receive your computer, we are responsible for returning it to you at our expense. We also offer the option to use our shipping account to reduce the cost.


Warranty Application
SkriptPC is not responsible for data loss, breakage, or hardware or software failure caused by misuse, incorrect installation, power surges, or missed BIOS updates. SkriptPC reserves the right to refuse any return if the part is damaged. For warranty purposes, the serial number must still be present and legible on the defective part. No returns or exchanges are accepted for operating systems and software, as activation keys are always unique.

For any hardware left with SkriptPC that is not claimed and without contact from the customer for 3 months, SkriptPC is released from all responsibilities regarding the computer or parts. SkriptPC will attempt to contact the customer during this period.


Computer Warranty
New desktop computers sold by SkriptPC are covered by a 1-year in-store parts and labor warranty on hardware unless otherwise specified. This warranty may not apply to certain parts or accessories limited to one year (card reader, Blu-ray player, wireless card, etc.). This warranty is subject to the warranty conditions of different manufacturers excluding its duration.


Laptop Warranty
SkriptPC adheres to the warranties of different manufacturers according to their limits.

Monitor Warranty
SkriptPC adheres to the warranties of different manufacturers according to their limits. Only the shipping fee to return your monitor to the manufacturer will be charged if the manufacturer requires it.


Online Order Terms
For each product, the chosen quantity, unit price, and total price of your order are indicated. You must verify the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. Once confirmed, your order will be sent to SkriptPC for processing. No price adjustments will be made once the order is placed. If you have questions about the products, you can contact our Customer Service by clicking on the "Contact" menu. After placing your order, if a part is no longer available or available within an additional timeframe, you will be informed and can modify your order.


Delivery
All online orders containing only in-stock items will be processed within 48-72 hours following payment and address verification. This timeframe may vary for a computer depending on the components. A tracking number from the carrier will be sent to you by email. The order will be shipped once all items in the order are in stock. If you choose to pick up the order in-store, an email will be sent as soon as your order is ready. SkriptPC cannot guarantee the delivery time of carriers.

During delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the package and informing the delivery person on the spot if the packaging seal is broken or if the package is damaged. If so, you can refuse the package, and it will be returned to us. In case of physical damage related to transportation or lost packages, you are responsible for notifying the carrier as soon as possible. We recommend taking photos of the box before opening it to make your claim. SkriptPC cannot be held responsible for delays with a carrier once a package is shipped. We have no control at that level. We ship orders with reputable companies to reduce this uncontrollable risk.

For our safety and that of the customers, SkriptPC only processes an order that is shipped to the billing address of the credit card holder. If you wish to have the delivery at a different address, we accept payment by Interac e-transfer by email.


Payment - Prices
The entire SkriptPC team ensures that the prices on the website are up to date. In case of an error on the price of a part placed in order, you will be notified by phone or email within 24 hours. You will have the option to cancel the order or modify it. SkriptPC reserves the right to cancel any order.

If you find a better price for an identical product, SkriptPC will match or beat that price, taking into account the shipping fee if applicable.
- In-store, with the presentation of a local competitor's price (no shipping fee), we will beat that price.
- In-store, with the presentation of an out-of-town competitor's price, we will beat that price, taking into account the competitor's shipping fee.


Our price policy does not apply:
- During a special sale (e.g., closing sale, Black Friday, Boxing Day)
- If the product is not available.
- If the selling price is below our cost.
- If it is a special order (product not in stock in-store).

A discount applied from a promotional code is only valid online and for a limited time.
